Easter

Throughout German-speaking countries, Easter is a holiday that traditionally includes festive gatherings and exchanging gifts. Families also typically attend Easter church services at their local church. At GLSW, students learn about theses traditions in their classes as well as participate in a school Easter egg hunt outdoors, with each class taking turns in their own egg hunt. Plastic eggs filled with a variety of small chocolates, stickers and other treats are often a highlight for the younger-aged classes
